CANCELLATION POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: All appointments are reserved specifically for you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to another person or future appointments. PAYMENT: Cash, Zelle, and the card on file are accepted. Any remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. To keep your deposit, appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. If you cancel your appointment and choose not to reschedule, your deposit is non-refundable. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS: Should you wish to adjust or remove any services from your appointment, you will be charged for the original services booked unless the adjustment is made 24 hours in advance. NO-SHOW POLICY: Clients who fail to attend their appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and will no longer be accepted as clients for future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS: A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled to avoid affecting other clients. You will still responsible for the full cost of the original appointment, as we reserved that time for you. If you know you’ll be running late, please text me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you. Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, and weather to ensure you arrive on time. CYCLE POLICY: Menstrual cycles does not affect waxing results. For comfort and hygiene, during intimate services, a fresh tampon or menstrual cup is required. Cancellations for cycle related reasons follow the standard cancellation policy. CHILDREN & GUESTS POLICY: To provide a relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly ask that appointments are attended alone. If bringing a child is unavoidable, please ensure that they remain supervised at all times. A designated lounge area is available for children and guests. REFUND POLICY: All service payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds cannot be issued once a service has been performed. AGE REQUIREMENT: Clients must be 18 years or older. For all bikini services, a valid ID is required to verify age. If ID is not provided, the service cannot be performed. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By booking an appointment with Seda Beauty Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed above. Para conservar su depósito, la cita deberá reprogramarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación. Si decide cancelar su cita y no desea reprogramarla, su depósito no será reembolsado. CAMBIOS EN LOS SERVICIOS: Si desea modificar o eliminar algún servicio de su cita, se le cobrará el costo de los servicios originalmente reservados, a menos que el cambio se realice con al menos 24 horas de anticipación. POLÍTICA DE NO PRESENTARSE: Clientes que no se presenten a su cita sin previo aviso serán cobrados el 100% del costo de los servicios reservados y no podrán volver a agendar futuras citas. LLEGADAS TARDE: Se otorgan 5 minutos de tolerancia. Después de ese tiempo, su cita podrá acortarse o cancelarse para no afectar a los siguientes clientes. Usted seguirá siendo responsable del costo total de la cita originalmente reservada, ya que ese tiempo fue apartado exclusivamente para usted. Si sabe que llegará tarde, por favor envíeme un mensaje de texto lo antes posible. Haré todo lo posible por atenderle. Le recomiendo considerar el tráfico, el estacionamiento y las condiciones del clima para llegar puntualmente a su cita. POLÍTICA DURANTE SU CICLO MENSTRUAL: El ciclo menstrual no afecta los resultados de la depilación. Por comodidad e higiene, durante servicios íntimos es obligatorio usar un tampón limpio o una copa menstrual. Cancelaciones relacionadas con el ciclo menstrual seguirán la política regular de cancelación. POLÍTICA DE NIÑOS Y ACOMPAÑANTES: Para brindar una experiencia relajante a todos los clientes, le pedimos amablemente asistir a su cita sin acompañantes. Si es indispensable traer a un menor, deberá permanecer bajo su supervisión en todo momento. Contamos con un área de espera designada para niños y sus acompañantes. POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSOS: Todos los pagos por servicios son finales y no reembolsables. No se realizan reembolsos una vez que el servicio haya sido realizado. REQUISITO DE EDAD: Clientes deben tener 18 años o más. Para todos los servicios de bikini, se requiere una identificación válida para verificar la edad. Si no presenta identificación, el servicio no podrá realizarse. ACEPTACIÓN DE POLÍTICAS: Al agendar una cita con Seda Beauty Bar, usted confirma que ha leído, comprendido y acepta todas las políticas mencionadas anteriormente.
