Booking & Payment: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to book your appointment. A card on file is also required to reserve your spot. Your card will be charged the deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. The remainder of your balance will be charged at checkout. Cancellations & No-Shows: All reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the services booked. This includes removing services on the day of your appointment you will be charged for all services booked if no notice is given 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and a 50% charge of the booked services. No-call/no-shows will result in loss of deposit and will be charged the full service amount, and will be banned from booking future appointments. Late Policy: There is an 8-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 8 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and it will be considered a no-show you will be charged 100% of the service total. If I’m still able to take you, there will be a $10 late fee added to your remaining balance. With that being said, I understand that unforeseen things happen. I’m very understanding, so please communicate with me if you’re running late I’ll do my best to accommodate you. Guest Policy: No children or extra guests are allowed during appointments unless they are receiving a service. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older. For all bikini services, a valid ID is required to verify age. If ID is not provided, the service cannot be performed. By booking with Seda Beauty Bar, you agree to all policies listed above.
